    Conversion kit includes everything needed to covert your 5 speed or aftermarket 6 speed belt drive to a heavy duty 530 O-ring chain:

    This kit is specifically made with the correct offset sprockets for an FXDX or any other Dyna/5 SPEED BIKE with a 150 size rear tire.
     

    22T Front Sprocket and 48T Rear Sprocket is equivalent to the stock belt drive gearing.

    When using a 22 Tooth Front Sprocket:
    47T Rear Sprocket= 2% Overdrive
    48T Rear Sprocket= Stock
    49T Rear Sprocket= 2% Deeper
    51T Rear Sprocket= 6% Deeper
    55T Rear Sprocket= 13% Deeper
    58T Rear Sprocket= 19% Deeper


    Kit Includes:

    Offset Transmission Sprocket

    • Heat Treated Steel
    • 22 Tooth OR 23 Tooth

    Steel Rear Wheel Sprocket

    • Full thickness for 530 Chain, beware of other thin .25 thickness sprockets out there.
    • Steel Sprockets last longer than aluminum sprockets and are ideal for high load situations (Burnouts, Wheelies, High Horsepower Engines)
    • Black Powdercoat Steel or Chrome plated Steel
    • 48, 49, or 51 Tooth Available

    Belt to Chain Transmission sprocket spacer

    • Special made to use stock mainshaft seal with correct length for chain sprockets.
       

    Rear Wheel Sprocket Spacer

    Correct Length Grade 8 Bolts

    NOTE* Extra Length 130 Link Chain Available for Extended Swingarms- Not needed for any combinations of sprockets available here.
      *Some clearancing with a grinder will be needed on the inner primary when using a 21T Transmission Sprocket

    530 EK 3D Chain- High Strength, Recommended for all baggers

    3D
    parts are precisely manufactured, leading to a greater improvement of
    transmission efficiency, better acceleration and efficient engine work.
    Features an original special plate with a lightening hole. EK creates a
    hole on both ends of a pin to lighten the chain without weakening the
    plate according to computer analysis. The edge-cut inner plate reduces
    friction and realizes smooth engagement with sprocket. This plate
    enables the chain to be light, removes mud from the hole and dissipates
    heat effectively.
