Made from Billet Aluminum, This beefed up support will eliminate flexing when using high lift cams & stiff valve springs. Many times stronger then the factory die-cast part.
Twin Cam engines have clearance between the rocker arm shaft and the bolt used to hold down the support.
The factory setup only stops the shaft from falling out. It does not prevent the shaft twisting and contacting the bolt, causing a top end noise/ticking.
We have redesigned our rocker arm supports with a simple mechanical lock to hold the shafts in place with ZERO movement that only takes a minute to install.
